Shipping

Standard shipping is complimentary on every order, worldwide. No minimum, no code, no threshold. There is no express tier: one method, done properly.

Where your order ships from

We produce and fulfil regionally: orders for Europe and the United Kingdom ship from within the European Union, orders for North America ship from the United States. Shorter routes, fresher batches.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the facility. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation, write to orders@engelundloewe.com and a person answers.

United Kingdom

Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped from the EU; depending on order value, local import taxes may occur and are shown or collected by the carrier.

Packaging

Uncoated recycled paperboard, printed in one colour, cushioned with shredded recycled paper. No plastic fill, no ribbon. Every component enters your curbside recycling: the box is designed to be opened once, then recycled.

Returns

Twelve weeks, and the bottle stays with you. If your skin does not agree with a formula, write to us and we return your money; nothing needs to be sent back. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo with your order number and we make it right. Details on the returns page.
