Every ENGEL LOEWE order ships from Germany, carbon-neutral by default, in packaging designed to be opened once and kept.

Same-day shipping window
Orders placed before 14:00 CET, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after ship the next business morning.
The carrier choice
European orders ship via DHL GoGreen, which offsets the transport emissions at the network level. Non-EU orders route through DPD or local equivalents depending on destination.
Packaging
The outer box is uncoated, recycled paperboard, printed in one colour. The cushioning is shredded recycled paper. No plastic fill, no tissue paper, no ribbon. Every component enters your curbside recycling — the packaging is designed to be opened once, not preserved.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the shipment leaves our fulfilment centre. If you do not receive it within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation, write to orders@engelundloewe.com.

Confirmed. The doors open the thirtieth of May.
I have your address. There will be two letters between now and the launch — a few days before First Circle private access opens, then on the morning the doors do. No urgency in between.
