Writing about a formula? The product name and how long you have been using it gives us the context we need to be useful.

Writing from press, trade or a collaborative position? Note the context in the subject line. The inbox is one person and routes faster when the nature of the message is visible.

What you will not find here

A chatbot. An automated reply that asks you to fill a form. A three-tier support hierarchy. The founder reads every message, and replies come from the same address you wrote to.
