What to include
If you are writing about an order, the order number in the subject line shortens the reply by half a day.
If you are writing about a formula, the product name and how long you have been using it gives us the context we need to be useful.
If you are writing from press, trade, or a collaborative position, please note the context in the subject line. The inbox is one person and routes faster when the nature of the message is visible.
What you will not find here
A chatbot. An automated reply that asks you to fill a form. A three-tier support hierarchy. The founder reads every message. Replies come from office@engelundloewe.com directly.
