Returns

Fourteen days from delivery. Unopened items in their original condition. Return shipping is complimentary within the European Union.

How to open a return

1. Write to orders@engelundloewe.com with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid return label (EU orders) or a return authorisation (non-EU).
3. Pack the items in their original outer box if possible.
4. Drop at any DHL or DPD point.

Refund timing

Once the return arrives at our fulfilment centre, the refund is issued to the original payment method within three business days. Your bank may take one to five additional days to post it.

Opened items

We do not accept returns on opened formulas — once seals are broken, product integrity can no longer be guaranteed for another customer. If you are dissatisfied with an opened product, we want to know. Write to us. We read every message, and where a formula has failed to perform, we make it right.

Damaged in transit

Photograph the damaged carton and contents before unpacking further, and write to orders@engelundloewe.com within 48 hours of delivery. We replace damaged orders at no cost — no return required.
